Is it possible to work remotely?
Depending on the role, hybrid work is possible. Many team members regularly work together in the Berlin office because personal exchange is important to us. At the same time, we offer flexibility when it makes sense.
How does the application process work at hellomateo?
After receiving your application, we will usually get back to you within a few days. This is followed by a first introduction via video call. We will then deepen the discussion professionally and give you insights into your potential tasks. Depending on the position, there may be a small case study or task.
