The costs for a message sent via Mateo are identical to the prices set by Meta. The cost per message depends on the type of message and the geographical location. The prices range from ~0.06* - ~0.11€* per message sent in Germany (*without guarantee). Each WhatsApp Business account also has a monthly free quota of 1,000 (incoming) messages initiated by the customer. These are free of charge and will not be billed. The above prices apply to all further and all outgoing messages. Depending on the Mateo software package, a monthly free credit for outgoing messages is also included. In order to send WhatsApp newsletters in accordance with the GDPR and WhatsApp's terms of use, the following requirements must be met:
